How do you want to train?

It's the first thing the app asks. Four answers, one app, the same tracking and history under all of them.

  • I coach people.

Build your exercises, including moves you film yourself. Build plans. Hand one to a member with a code, or build it on their phone in the gym. Same app they use, and the copy is theirs.

    For coaches
  • I already have a plan.

Your coach's plan, your own split, or the routine you've run for years. Build it once — days, exercises, sets, rest — then open the app and log.

    Building a plan
  • I don't have a plan.

Start from a ready-made plan for your goal and level. Or answer a few questions and GYMZO AI Coach builds one around your equipment, your days and your time.

    How AI plans work
  • I run a gym.

Open the live screen on any TV in the building. It shows a code, members enter it, and their sessions appear on the wall as they train. It's free.

    For gyms

Walk in. Already knowing.

Open GYMZO and today's session is waiting — the exercises, the sets, the rest timers. The only thing left to decide is whether the number goes up.

Your last numbers, next to today's

Every exercise shows what you lifted last time, right next to the box you're filling in now.

The right inputs for the movement

A row asks for weight and reps. A plank asks for time. A treadmill asks for distance and time.

Real training structures

Supersets, drop sets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, rest-pause and pyramids are all built in. You won't be describing your session in a notes field.

Built for gym Wi-Fi

The signal in the back corner of the weights room won't cost you a set.

Plans that belong to you — even the one your coach made.

A plan in GYMZO lands in your own library, with every session you've logged against it. Nobody can push one onto you, and nobody can take one back.

  1. Someone builds it

A coach, a friend, or you. Same builder, same exercise library.

  2. They share a code

Any plan can be handed over with a code. That's the whole thing.

  3. You keep your own copy

You look it over, import it, and it's yours to edit or delete. If your coach leaves the gym, your plan and your history stay put.

Free to download, on iPhone and Android.

The same app underneath.

Coach, member, AI plan or gym owner — everyone gets this part.

  • 1,500+ exercises, animated

Men's and women's demonstrations in HD, sorted by muscle, equipment and difficulty. Names checked by people who lift in each language.

  • Your own movements

Add anything the library doesn't have — a photo, a GIF, or a video you record. It drops into any plan.

  • Progress you can read

Body weight, volume, how often you train, which muscles you're really hitting, and how far through your plan you are.

  • Achievements worth chasing

Long-run goals for consistency, volume, plans finished and full weeks — each climbing from Bronze to Platinum.

  • A leaderboard beginners can win

It ranks progress. Take your squat from 30 kg to 60 kg and you outrank someone who went from 140 to 142.

  • Your whole history

Every session, every set, every number — so a year from now you can see what you were lifting this week.

36 languages, with full right-to-left support.

The whole app reads naturally in every one of them, right-to-left layouts included.

Every language gets its own gym-vocabulary review, so exercise names read the way lifters there actually say them.

Your gym, on the wall.

Pair the app with your gym's TV and your name goes up the moment you start. For the gym owner it's a browser tab — nothing to buy, nothing to install.

  1. Open the live screen on any TV with a web browser — a smart TV, a streaming stick, or a laptop.

  2. The screen shows a code, big enough to read from across the floor.

  3. A member opens GYMZO, taps the gym icon, and enters it.

  4. Every session they start now appears live, with a celebration when they finish.

Quick answers.

Is GYMZO free?

It's free to download and start tracking, and the free tier is generous: unlimited logging, the ready-made plans, the plan builder, the full exercise library, the weekly leaderboard, gym-TV pairing and all 36 languages.

GYMZO Pro is the paid tier. It adds AI-built plans, trend charts, achievements, full history and the extra leaderboards.

Do I need a coach to use it?

No. Most people never touch the coach side. Pick a ready-made plan, build your own, or just start logging.

How does my coach send me a plan?

They hand it over with a code. You look it over and import your own copy. Nothing is ever pushed to your phone.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Arabic is the default language, with full right-to-left layout, alongside 35 others.

What does the gym TV cost?

Nothing. Any TV with a web browser opens the live screen, and members pair from the app.
